Therefore, I compiled a list of packages updated since, using the command 'dnf history info 177.215 | grep -e '^]*Upgraded\>' | tr -s ' ' | cut -d ' ' -f 3 | sort | uniq >replaced_packages.txt', 177 being the last dnf transaction before this date, and 215 being the latest one. I am positive that the scanner still worked on. While I am reporting this issue for the sane-backends component, I am pretty sure that the root of the problem is somewhere else.
